Este consejo lo daba también Joseph Campbell en la serie audiovisual El Poder del Mito, donde en uno de los capítulos comenta la importancia de tomarnos un tiempo y un espacio para nosotros mismos. Para encerrarnos a escuchar esa música que te gusta, aunque sea solo a ti, o ese libro que te apasiona, o un baño de sales. Cualquier actividad que nos haga estar centrados en el momento presente y en nosotros mismos. Aunque sean solo diez o quince minutos al día.

Muy buen consejo. Yo trato de seguirlo todos los años, y programo una horita de gimnasio por las mañanas, escuchando música mientras pienso sobre mis cosas y me dedico a mi mismo. Lo que pasa es que según pasa el año la prioridad de tener un rato para uno mismo acaba la última de la lista y acabo pasando, para el pesar de mi parte espiritual y, también, de mi creciente tripa

I have come across that nowadays, more and more people are being attracted to digital cameras and the issue of images.
