Hoy he vuelto a retomar mi Práctica de Vida Integral de forma consciente. Hace medio año que acabé por dejarla de lado paulatinamente, aun sabiendo que parte de ella me acompañaba sin apenas notarlo en los que haceres del día a día, otra parte de ella la había abandonado por completo. Así que hoy a vuelto a emerger en mí súbitamente la convicción de pasar a la acción siendo y transformándome. Desde mi propio ser hacia un modo de vida más equilibrado y consciente. Entrenando múltiples lineas de desarrollo, la meditación y el cuerpo físico en el gimnasio gracias al Entrenamiento Intensivo Focal, que consiste en entrenar la atención plena, la mente centralizada y la realización trascendente en el gimnasio mientras hacemos nuestra práctica anaeróbica habitual. El cuerpo físico, sutil y causal durante diez minutos a primera hora de la mañana (creo que esto es lo que más me va a costar…), y ya he empezado a retomar hábitos alimenticios saludables procurando no abusar de sustancias potencialmente nocivas (como el café por ser estimulante, el chocolate por exceso de grasa y la ingesta de alcohol por el nivel de inconsciencia al que te rebaja). Además seguiré practicando la mente racional leyendo a Wilber, F. Kofman, Genpo Roshi y otros y durante mi jornada laboral como desarrollador de aplicaciones móviles en una empresa de software.

De tiempo en tiempo tendré que trabajar además sobre mi sombra, y no olvidarme tampoco de la dimensión del Ser, con una buena reunión de amigos, escapando a la montaña o simplemente disfrutando de una buena película.  También podría practicar otras cuestiones como la moral aplicando un estricto código de conducta a mí mismo, la meditación a través del Big Mind,  hacer Yoga, servicio voluntario a una comunidad, mejorar mis habilidades de comunicación o aumentar mi conocimiento sobre los idiomas. Todas estas prácticas encajarían dentro de una práctica de vida integral, pero no hay que olvidar que el hábito de la práctica de vida integral NO consiste en hacerlo todo. Sino el ser consciente de todas las cualidades de tu propio ser, embebido en el tiempo en tu cuerpo, bajo una cultura y en contacto con una realidad exterior (personal y social) que están teniendo lugar en este mismo momento. Conocer tus posibilidades actuales, tus defectos y tus virtudes, y trabajarte a tí mismo para llevar una vida más equilibrada, más ecuánime y más consciente; de una manera flexible, adaptativa y efectiva a través de un entrenamiento multidisciplinar.

Estamos en un momento muy delicado y desconocido en nuestra evolución cultural, y parece urgir el que más y más gente de pasos adelante más rápidamente. No es común para un individuo el darse cuenta de que él o ella está literalmente en el borde del territorio desconocido. La mayoría de los seres humanos nacen y viven en el contexto de una cultura preexistente de la que no siente necesariamente que es cosa suya el definirla. Pero en el punto de la historia en el que nos encontramos, para que estos nuevos estados integrales y evolucionados, estructuras y potenciales que están por emerger, requieren de individuos extraños y heróicos que quieren lidiar con la emocional, psicológica, filosófica y espiritual abrumación de darse cuenta de que tienen que ser unos verdaderos pioneros. Hacia donde nos dirigimos ahora es a un territorio desconocido. Más y más gente en este borde está trabajando muy duro para poner sobre la mesa estas nuevas estructuras, pero la verdad es que no hay un grupo de expertos o maestros trascendidos que ya hecho esto por nosotros. Esto es algo en lo que todos nosotros estamos trabajando y en lo que necesitamos trabajar juntos, con otra gente que tiene el mismo espíritu pionero y ha despertado a la convicción de que esto necesita pasar y que somos los que tenemos que hacerlo. Lo que añade cierto tipo de peso, punto central y por supuesto, entusiasmo y suspense a la tarea de la transformación espiritual y la evolución en este momento.

At the Edge of Unknown Territory

We are at a very delicate and uncharted point in our cultural evolution, and it seems urgent that more and more people take steps forward more quickly. It’s unusual for an individual to realize that he or she is literally at the edge of unknown territory. Most human beings are born and die within a preexistent cultural context that they don’t necessarily feel is up to them to define. But at this particular time in history, for these new integral and evolutionary stages, structures, and potentials to emerge, it requires rare and heroic individuals who are willing to bear the emotional, psychological, philosophical, and spiritual overwhelm of realizing that they have to be real pioneers. Where we’re going now is uncharted territory. More and more people at this edge are working very hard to lay down these new structures, but the truth is that there’s no panel of experts or ascended masters who have already figured this out for us. This is something we’re all working through and need to work through together, with other individuals that have that same pioneering spirit and have awakened to the conviction that this needs to happen and we’re the ones who have to do it. This adds a certain kind of weight, gravitas, and, of course, excitement and thrill to the endeavor of spiritual transformation and evolution at this particular time.
