Habitualmente oímos a la gente en el mundo espiritual decir cosas como “Necesitamos encontrar la manera de integrar lo experimentado en los estados más elevados de nuestra conciencia en el día a día de nuestra vida.” Pero eso no tiene mucho sentido para mí. La noción de integrar lo superior en lo inferior, lo profundo en lo mundano, lo extraordinario en lo ordinario, es algo que siempre he encontrado difícil de entender, de aceptar y bastante poco atractivo. Nunca he estado interesado en integrar lo superior en lo inferior. Siempre he querido ser consciente de lo más alto y después encontrar una manera de expresarlo de la manera más auténtica posible. A Higher Perspective

We often hear spiritually oriented people say things like “We need to find a way to integrate what we have realized in the experiences of higher states of consciousness into our everyday lives.” But that doesn’t make any sense to me. The whole notion of integrating the higher into the lower, the profound into the mundane, the extraordinary into the ordinary, is something that I have always found difficult to understand, hard to accept, and quite unattractive. I have never been interested in integrating the higher into the lower. I always wanted to realize that which was higher and then find a way to express that in the most authentic way possible. I didn’t want to have to bring anything back from a higher place; I wanted to enter into that higher place and be able to stay there and see what the world looked like from there. And most of all, I wanted to find out what it would mean to create a completely new world from this higher perspective.
